One of two different processes from the same farmer, we are very excited to present for the second year in a row El Diamante by Carlos Fernandez Morera. This coffee has been used by Prolog at the World Barista Championship.
Super sweet, with lots of syrupy fruit, this process is less intense than the anaerobic fermentation, but still packs a massive fruit punch!
