Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Return Policy

LOCAL MENS BARBERSHOP SOLE PROPRITORSHIP does not currently accept returns on items sold through the Online Store. However, we do accept returns if you receive an incorrect or defective item. If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us via orders@localco.ae

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

If a refund request was approved, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed there is no cancellation that will be accepted. All orders are final.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

We deliver our Products within the UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier – Fetchr.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 2 – 3 working days. UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED 25. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

All items are inspected and carefully hand-packed before dispatching. As with standard courier practice, you should check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not, we can’t be held responsible for any damage or missing items that may have occurred in transit.

The delivery time on all items is an estimate based on information provided by Fetchr, we will not be held accountable for late or missing shipments.

 

Your order may be processed in multiple shipments. In case of Multiple Shipments, multiple postings may appear in the Cardholder’s monthly statement.
