Shipping


All items are inspected and carefully hand-packed before dispatch. As standard courier practice, please check your parcel before signing, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or missing items during transit.


Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. We are not accountable for late or missing shipments. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.


We offer free Standard UAE delivery on orders above AED 500.

Same Day Abu Dhabi (if ordered before 12 midday): AED 35
Next Day UAE (if ordered before 4pm): AED 30
Standard UAE (1-3 working days): AED 25

Due to the current situation, we are temporarily pausing all international shipments from LOCAL. We will resume international shipping as soon as conditions allow. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Returns & Refunds

All items are inspected and carefully hand-packed before dispatch. Please check your parcel before signing for delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or missing items during transit.

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of reception. Sale items must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.


Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Products remain your responsibility until safely received at our store.

Please note: Returns are not accepted on candles, fragrances, underwear, or socks. Items showing signs of wear, use, or with removed tags are also ineligible.

We accept returns in-store or via courier. Please see further information below.

In-Store

You can return items directly to LOCAL Zeina. Our team will assist you and process your refund on the spot.

Return via Courier

To register a return, please email us at orders@localco.ae clearly indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.

We can arrange a return label for your convenience. The following fees will be deducted from your refund:

UAE: AED 35
International: AED 250

Returns may take up to 14 days to process. Once accepted, refunds are usually credited to your account within 2–7 working days, depending on your card provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. International orders may incur duties, taxes, or customs charges, which are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at orders@localco.ae 

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Products remain your responsibility until safely received at our warehouse and must include a return invoice.

Once your package is received, we will process the exchange. Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to cancel an exchange if necessary.
